IIIT Sonepat JEE Main cutoff 2025 was released for admission to the BTech course specialisations in the form of opening and closing ranks. The cutoff was released for all categories under the All India quota. 

For the OBC AI category, the IIIT Sonepat BTech cutoff 2025 ranged from 11745 to 67471. Among the last round, the hardest specialisation for admission was BTech CSE.
