To go for the Technical University of Ingolstadt admissions, international students are required to meet the general requirement which are having an English language proficiency, a relevant degree (bachelor's or a high school diploma), an APS certificate for Indian applicants and more. 

Look at the list of specific requirements given below -

Gather all  important documents including - university's admission letter, university's tuition fee details, academic records, ID proof, address proof and proof of income.  Fill online application form.  Upload these  documents. UK PR also called Indefinite Leave to Remain usually takes 5 years if you're on a work visa like the Skilled Worker Visa. However some family visas (like being married to a UK citizen) or long-term residence may allow you to apply sooner, around 2 years.
