Yes, MS Ramaiah Medical College accept NEET score for admission to the UG (undergraduate) courses. The students must have passed 2nd PUC / 12th Std /Equivalent Exam with English as one of the Languages and obtained a Minimum of 50% of Marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology subjects. (40% for SC, ST, Cat-1, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B category candidates). Declared as qualified in UG-NEET Examination.

The exam will be held by the Army Institute of Law. The AIL LET Exam Date 2026 is yet to be announced. The exam is in computer-based mode at various test centres across the country.
