    In order to pursue MBA, you need to be graduate in any field, however as per your profile you may consider pursuing diploma in management form IGNOU.

    Hi Manoj ,
    For doing masters program your suppose to finish a bachelors degree . so in this case you can go for a distance learning to finish your bachelors and once you done with that you are eligible to apply for MBA as you have good work experience ,
    If you are not interested to do bachelors means you can do any specification certificate course in technical field related to your previous education or else related to your work experience which will help you in your career growth .
