In order to pursue MBA, you need to be graduate in any field, however as per your profile you may consider pursuing diploma in management form IGNOU.

Hi Manoj ,
For doing masters program your suppose to finish a bachelors degree . so in this case you can go for a distance learning to finish your bachelors and once you done with that you are eligible to apply for MBA as you have good work experience ,
