I would suggest you go for admission in a stream of your choice and not waste a year because you cannot be sure what will be the result. If you work hard and get a good score in a course you do, then companies will definitely pick you for the best job profile. So check some good univs like SRM, LPU,

Since you haven't given any exams you don't have any other option than to give them. I would suggest you to take a break. Grab some experience in terms of internship and all.
