Re joining in NIT fees stucher doubt.

I joined civil branch in tirchy in 2020,but not interested that, so I attempt jee mains September 2021 I got 99.8 percentile, I belong to obc ncl from Andhrapradesh, my father income is below 1Lack per annum.re joined cse branch better nit, last year my college fees free. This year my fees problem?
