Recently completed MBA(operations From ICFAI Flexi)and Dip in Mech (Exp 17 Yrs in Maint Activities) carrer in Private Sector.

    As you say you have 17 years of experience in maintenance activities, I first suggest you to categorize your experience in segments. The entire experience might not be in the same kind of activity and hence what I mean is that you list out the broad fields you have worked in and then mark the number of years of experience in them. Then priotize then according to i) You personal interest, ii) according to your success in them, iii) according to the market as to which one is more in demand in your area / state or at the place you want to work. You can then zero-in further by combining related fields so that you arrive at a list of just 3
