Dear Anisha, For Distance MBA go for University program (Not particularly IGNOU ). Symbiosis do not offer MBA , it offers only PG Diploma and is not equivalent to MBA. You will not able to apply to Govt jobs with Symbiosis Diploma. So go for University MBA which will help you for private as well
