no this is not neccesaory to join animation course after designing part this is basic of any designing course in designing course you can learn about Photoshop in which you learn to edit images and make images , in advance you can learn flash , and after that it depends on you you want learn advance

No Degree is not compulsory. You can either the Degree in Animation or just a Diploma. In fact, if money is a concern then better save it by doing diploma and invest the savings in leanring 2D Animation as well. That'll server you better than a degree. Wish you the best for your career. Remember, yo
