As rightly mentioned by Sanjay, getting reference texts is difficult as the animation entrance test are more about observing your creativity and analytical skills and then reacting by getting desired results.

Aptitude test in these kind of exams is mostly the test for creative ability & analytical skills.
There are hardly any books available for the preparation of these. Online support is even more difficult. Yet you may search the amazon or google to gain related online information.
