Ree in bsc 6th sem can i apply for nmat

I have compartment in one exam of bsc 6th sem(final sem) i can clear it till march 2015, can i apply for NMAT 2015, because it specify that-Full Time Bachelor's Degree in recognized University with minimum 50% marks in the aggregate in first attempt. I have confusion for 1st attempt
