Refund of my Registration fees.

Dear sir/ MA'am I have paid the amount of Rs 45,000 to Asian law college for the registration which was refundable according to MS Ritu but now when I needed it back because I am going to Canada for my studies they refused they said it's not refundable and even said that only if I get a nlu.
