Regarding becoming accounting technician after class 12th

HI..my name is shameel,i joined to bsc in 2007 but i discontinued in 2009 due to some reason.But now i cant return back to Bsc.,.now i have registered for CA course(2011),now tell me if i success in becoming accounting technician(ie half ca),can i recongnised accounting profession as my livelihood??
