Regarding how to excel in my carrer

I am working as a Automation support engineer in alstom india. Currently serving one of there site. I want to increase my knowledge in automation. Can you suggest me some good options. Either i go for M tech correspondence in it or go for some courses..

    Regarding excelling in your career you must be a good in subject knowledge of the subject you know. Study rigorously and plan accordingly. You can win the race.
