Regarding indian Defence service

Sir i've completed b.tech(computer) now i want to join defence service but my spoken english isn't fluently so i've fear to go out from group discussion. what should i do? it is the first time in my life when i've decided an AIM and now i want to go in this field only. plz help me & give suggestion.

See today hindustan times main paper u will find that India army want people who have done beech and u can apply and about spoken English u can improve that easily do not worry
