Hi Ramani, after the completion of B.Pharm, you can go for either job or for higher education. There is a excellent scope of Pharmaceutical in India as the companies in India are increasing at a good rate. Main area where most of the companies are located is Gujarat where you can find almost all the companies. For getting a seat in a good college, you must have scored at least 50% of marks in the graduation. You may opt for options like M.Pharma & then PhD in a specific field of interest; pharmaceutics; pharmaceutical chemistry; pharamacognosy; clinical research; hospital pharmacy, etc. Another option is to pursue MBA Pharmacy. After this, aspirants can work in research area, drug manufacturing firms etc and in international companies too. I would suggest you to opt for M.pharma then go for job in the sector because after having Masters degree in your hands your value in the market will be very high and you will get a handsome salary also.
