Regarding pursuing of Ph.D
i'm MBA Finance ,n working in in manufacturing sector. Right now I want to pursue Ph.d and switch to academic and educational sector. Is it possible to do so ? and which one shall be the right subject for doing Ph.D.

you have to give entrance test to get admission in PHD , you can also make a research proposal and see to some professors if they like then they can select you at the time of interview of PHD
