Hello i am doing b.sc(computer science) final year right now.I am interested in doing software couses.Can you please tell me which course is better to build my career.

Well as rightly mentioned by @||Rex_B|| , you can opt for Java related courses or in fact there are several certification courses as well and you can look in to those too.

Its fully up to your Interest , Since you are from CS back ground you must have felt your interest , however Its always advisable to go for the most Popular one JAVA is the Language you can go for Certification like SCJP will help you for sure.
