Regarding two programme at a time Hurdle is I did regular 3 yr diploma & 12th(10+2) certificate at a time in 2015. Is it legal by ugc rule

I took admission in polytechnic 3 year diploma just after 10th (from 2013 to 2016) in regular mode and did 12th (10+2) in private/ correspondence mode in 2015 at a time and then completed Btech through lateral entry (regular) from 2016 to 2019. Will there be any problem from 12th private at a time.

12th does not come under the purview of UGC. So I guess you are safe in that regard.
