    Hey Ankit,
EMBA : EMBA is totally designed for working professional and those who have at-least 3 years of work experience. The course curriculum and timing are different compare to regular MBA.
MBA : Any graduate who are interested into managerial qualification can go for MBA study. The applicant can go for it by clear CAT/MAT/XAT or any other equivalent test.

    Dear Ankit,
Executive MBA is a right qualification you need to pursue when you have a good work experience and looking for promotion, salary hike then you must go for a Post Graduation in Management.
