Love, I am not sure which course you are looking at. But surely do not make the mistake of going after degree again - just go after knowledge. Design is a field that is age old and has been evolving every year like science. Sometimes student Artists are too much enamored by Fine Arts preventing them

Diploma in Fashion Designing
Diploma in Apparel Design
Diploma in Textile Design
PG Diploma Textile Design
PG Diploma in Merchandising

LOVE . there are PG diploma available .in designing . go for delhi u will have much better options
