reqarding CAT exam

I am studying in b.tech 1st year in civil course.i am living in Bangalore.can u tell me what are the benefit of CAT after b.tech and also regarding with my course.Is CAT is for further study and what are they.

    Hi,
    CAT is a test which need to be taken by students who wish to pursue MBA from various B-schools in India.
    In order to pursue full time MBA program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
    So, if you are interested in pursuing MBA, then you need to take various management entrance test.
    The other option for you would be to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then opting for further studies.
