Require BBA college with no regular attendance required but valid recognition of degree. (Open college or open college like). .

I live in Greater Noida, Delhi and need a college to pursue BBA without the requirement to go to the college for lectures everyday but I can attend important activities and exams. Also, I prefer the lowest possible yearly fee, and the degree should be valid in India and outside of India for MBA.
