AICTE approval is not required for a university to run a course in technical education as has been held by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in its judgment CWP2056 of 1999 titled BHARATHIDASAN UNIVERSITY & ANR. V/S ALL INDIA COUNCIL FOR TECHNI

We provide engineering course from KSOU, there all courses are in DLM mode, there is not any requirement of AICTE.
