Hello, You can go in for MBA(IT) which will help you master in your own field. You can also go for MBA in other specialization but it is always advisable to work on a chosen field of study. the Best option would be to go in for MBA(IT), MS, MCA, Msc

MBA is also good if you do it from a good college , and it is different From your current field , if you want to continue your current field then MSC or MCA is better option for you
