Respected Madam/Sir, i wanted to know the procedures n the conditions to change the course from CS to MECH after the completion of 1st year B.E in a coll(bangalore) affiliated to VTU(belgaum) n i also wanted to know under wat conditions i cannot change my course. Hi Swaroop, Usually in a college the most once the specialization is opted by the student, it becomes really difficult to change one's specialization but as this may differ from one institute/ university to another and providing this information would not be possible at our end but would advise you
