Hi,
Well I may suggest you with the following options:-
Speak without Fear- Learning English requires practice. Don't let a little fear stop you from getting what you want.
Using as many different sources, methods and tools as possible, will allow you to learn faster.

dear aspirant,
IAS is the most allied services in the country. a part from improving your English you need to focus on every part of your preparation. it consists of 3 stages:
*preliminary
*mains
*interview
you will have to individually qualify each of it.
