    Hi Yamini, to help you I would say that any individual pursuing MBA degree is the most preferred career option by today's generation due to the variety of scope.
    Most schools offer full-time courses of study based on the students needs, programs are available in a part-time, executive, and distance format which is a plus for the student who is trying to advance or get promoted at his/her current place of employment.

    Hi,
    As for now, I would say just work hard with strong determination. And whenever the right moment comes, you can definitely opt for MBA after all that would serve as a value add on your career graph both professionally and salary meter. Do not discontinue your job as this might hamper your work stability and moreover you working with the power sector, you can later on definitely enhance your skills by opting higher education once you are completely engrossed in the field.
