Respected Sir, I have taken admission for MCA seat in Govt college under Bangalore University. Can change to other private college for the 2nd sem under same university?? what is the process?? should i take transfer??what is NOC? Thanking you

Hi rajani,
NOC stands for No Objection Certificate, You can Transfer to Other college under same university subject to reliving approval frm UR current college(NOC) and avilability of vacant Seats in the college where you want 2 join.
