Respected Sir , I know that UGC GUIDELINE ph.d degree has complete in three years.but many university complete ph.d in 2years

Today ph.d. is not a two year course , it is minimum 2.5 year course with 6 month course work as per UGC guidelines , and according this rule no one can you give a degree less than 3 years ir above because you not submit your thesis less than 2 year and after submit your thesis it take about a year
