Hi Piyush,
Although my knowledge about education abroad would be limited but then I would agree to the answer given by Stuti and would suggest you to follow the GRE curriculum properly and based on which you can follow up for the TOEFL.

Tofel doesn't rquire a separate prepartion. Once you have masterd GRE's engish it suffies for TOFEL too.
The optimum time is to start 1 year-6 months in advance but if you are too preoccupied on other fronts then you should stat 2 years prior. Also there is no preparation time an fashion for GRE en
