Respected Sir/Madam, I am willing to go for BSc (Physics). Does JEE(main) Marks play any role in this? What if I can't score good in JEE?

I am a student of 12th science. I am interested in Going for BSc, Physics. I have JEE exam tomorrow. And I ain't prepared well for it. Can I get Admission in Science colleges for BSc If i can't score good? Does the marks of this exam play any role for the Admission for BSc? Please do suggest me.
