Well, after bachelor's in pharmacy you may opt for courses such as :
-Master of Pharmacy
-Master of Pharmacy in Clinical Pharmacy
-Master of Pharmacy in Quality Assurance
-Master of Science in Pharmacy
-Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Chemistry
-Doctor of Pharmacy
-Doctor of Phil

depends on your aptitude and interest-if you think you have the management aptitude try mba/pgdm as they give you wider job spectrum-but for pgdm time is running out in most institutes-just hurry up-dr k goswami
