respected sir/madam is the graduation certificate which we get from distance education will be equal to the one we get from regular collegees & will this degree be acceptable abroad if we r planning to study masters there

It will definitely not be equal to a regular degree but you will be able to apply for masters abroad. Tell me the master you field you wish to apply for so that i can provide you with course specific details.
