Respected sir/madam , which exam would you like to prefer for getting admission in good college of U.S. for masters in electronics & comm.

I want to know about getting admission in good colleges of USA for masters in electronics. By which visa interview can be easy or they allow me to come to USA easily. So sugest me the exam(ilets/toefl) ,that which one is more preferable and what score shld b cm. Also tell for GRE score.
