mayank u can prepare for i a s but u shud be 21 years with graduation degree from a recognised university it needs a lot of hard work started form the age of 18 till its not too late u start preparing and if u have the citizenship of india then there is no problem

To write the IAS exam you need to be the citizen of India and need to be graduate degree holder from a recognized University.There is also an age limit for this exam. A candidate must have attained 21 years and not be over 30 years on August 1 of the year of examination.
