Respected Sir, This query is regarding Residence Certificate.

I have studied from 6 to 8th class in the USA, and 9th to Intermediate in Hyderabad, TS. I have qualified in TS EAMCET 2020. I believe I will come under the non-local category. Do I have to submit a Residence Certificate for non-local status?
