Yes you can apply for M.Tech on Provisional Basis. I want to tell you Lovely Professional University is having EDB-Early decision benefit which means that if you take admission in month of May upto 31May, you will be charged with the fee of 2012 batch otherwise 2013 fee will be application after ma
