Considering all these issues please give the right decision !!!

Dear Ram, with your percentage you are good to go abroad. In any case, you will cross 70% after final year and you must ensure that. The best universities are in USA, UK and Germany for pursuing MS in Computer science. These are first world countries with crime under tight control with speedy trials
