ca is a professional course it require constant hard work and determination it is conducted by icai through distance learning first make up your mind see the course if u can do or not, then join. look for institutes like eten, aldine gaap bright etc search good teachers according to subjects . do s

I don't know abt college but dnt take bcom instead take baf or law or mangment studies . it's manageable. cz bcom is waste of time
