Right now i m doing MA with ENGLISH. Can u please give me full information abt M.Phil? Whats the preparation one should do during MA?

Dear Ms.Bhargavi, B.A., Eng.Lit + M.A., Eng.Lit syllabus = M.Phil., Eng.Lit., That's it. Just concentrate in these then your M.Phil., becomes easy. You have 3 papers to appear. Out of which 2 papers are theory and 1 paper is Thesis. You have to choose a topic, get it approved and start your research

Attend coaching sessions to crack CSIR-UGC NET. A Phd would certainly add to your qualifications. In the mean time you can also appear for English Level Proficiency tests such as IELTS, TOEFL, Pearson's Test etc. if you are destined abroad either for job or higher studies.
