    It is possible for your daughter to apply for a transfer from WCC to MCC for her 2nd year B.Com course. However, the eligibility criteria and process for transfer may vary depending on the policies of the respective colleges and the University of Madras.
    Your daughter should first check with MCC if they accept transfer students for the B.Com course and what the eligibility criteria and transfer process is. She should also check with WCC if they permit transfer of students to another college in the middle of the course.
