Yes we India like every thing free and then don't respect its sanctity and value. Water, electricity , public services, bank, stationery etc all should be made available on payment. Roads should be , definitively be of high standard then no one would mind paying TOLL plaza charges.

Again things have reached a stage where one will have to pay to travel through the roads just like passing through a bridge.

Travelling also needs some methodology.Most Indians don't make it enjoyable.The numbers also are great.So, it is a horrid dream making a travel.Think of travelling to Tirupathi in Summer and you will know.
