Rules related to BA from ignou

Sir i m doing BA from ignou. from july 2012. i want to know can i register for 3rd year in july 2014 if i have registered for second year in september 2013?

Dear Pranav, When you enroll for I yr your gradually taken subsequently in Graduation subject to proper fee payment. If you have discontinued in the previous years then pay the prescribed fee and continue the course.
