    Hi,
    MBA seems to be the key factor in producing this skilled manpower which is required to drive the industry. With more and more companies, whether Indian or foreign setting MBA as the benchmark or minimum qualification for recruitment, the value of MBA has increased manifold.
    Well I would suggest you to take up 1 year Executive MBA after gaining reasonable experience of 3 years. Prepare yourself meanwhile, learn as much as possible during your work tenure and explore all kind of opportunities that come your way.

    Hi,
    As you have completed your graduation and currently working for the last 2 months, so it would be advisable for you to work for atleast 1-2 years and then apply for MBA.
    The advantage of this step would be:
    1.You will gain relevant work experience, and you will learn how to implement theoretical knowledge in practical situations.
    2. After working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e. if you are interested in technical field than you can pursue Masters in same field, where as if you are interested in management side you can opt to pursue MBA.
