s it necessary to hav a 12 passing certificate to give an entrance exam of upsc.? bcoz one of my frnd has given correspondance n finished her graduation in bsc. so she doesnt hav a 12 std certificate

yes it is mendatory to produce 12 certificate for appering in UPOSC examination
It will not be possible for any one to take addmission in graduation with out 12 mark sheet
