s p more is affilated to ptu and govt recognized and itm is affilated to some foreign university

I want to do part time mba in hospital and healthcare management/administration i have two colleges in option 1st is sp more college which is affilated to ptu and is govt recognized and 2nd is itm which is affilated to Southern New Hampshire University USA for which institute should i opt for.

dear student awarding any foreign degree in India is Not Legal / allowed as per law of this land. the foreign education bill is under the consideration of Indian Parliament. please verify the legal aspects before investing your money and time in any course.
