Sales people only interested in calling and taking data, nothing else.

I got so many calls from shiksha asking for consultancy services, when I say yes and agree to take their services, they dont give call. Later when they ask if u want to start, but they dont help in any way. The sales people dont even transfer information to admission counselors, wasting stdnts time.
