Typically this field has yet not matured to respect merit in this form. Usually the fee of those offering scholarship may be higher. So choose the college you find right and study there. Some institutes offer scholarship for students who have high marks in UG/Class 12th. But this scholarship is for a small amount only. You will still have to bear majority of the fees yourself.
