Scholarships and Bursaries for MIS in USA

Hi can you suggest what are the good universities for MIS? What are the chances of scholarships or bursaries?.Will my work experience come into account? I am currently working in ITSM team as a Systems Engineer and have done BE in Electronics(2011). Will this profile help in MIS?
